well i play SC because i very enjoy starting a char to have it completely minmaxed at the end of the ride. plus I do not play the game enough to know EVERY possible death encounter and boss mechanics etc. Starting all over because of a simple mistake when you maybe play few hours a day at most kinda sucks imo

back in d2, hc players were subhuman plebs every time they tried to act big, we would just slap them with "hc players cant duel for shit" and they had to shut up

you dont have to justify anything to someone who think playing hc = good player and playing sc = bad player dude xD there are smarter people on here who understand the difference

i agree ! i had to play hc a couple of times in order to get lvl 8 masters for hideouts. i did it but it wasnt enjoyable whatsoever because i was forced to play some shit builds with like 30 endurance charges and such

Enjoy pushing through the game with zero challenge with the little teens.

The difference is also that the more elite players play hc because they actually can invest the time to relevel after a death. at softcore are the more casual players that dont want to start all over again in their experience of a new league. Hc also dies a lot quicker then sc for that reason, better players with more time investment get bored quicker and retire for the rest of the league after they get their goal while people on softcore focus on getting their character minmaxed or getting to that new challenge reward threshold after a day of work.
