Im new to the site and im sure its something simple but every time i try to post a item for sale i keep getting a screen saying that all services must be posted in the service section and all other topics must be posted in general.
do i have to have so many posts or be a member for X amount of time before i am aloud to post my items?

What is the topic title your trying to use?

certian words will trigger the system to think it s a service

Example : WP = Waypoint

No, it isn't that.

It's what Cobra said. He's using a keyword that the site registers as a service, so he needs to reword it, that's all.

You should take a look at this:

It was MAYBE the 'Free' part.

Try renaming it "Jewel with *stats*" and write the stats maybe

The key word in there is "Free" and I know you are explaining the jewel but anything free belongs in My Events so you will just have to think of a different topic title.
