you need to get 3 sets of keys (hate, terror and destruction)
then put 1 of each in the cube at the same time and transmute, it will open a portal to 1 mini uber (do this 3 times for all 3 mini uber)
kill them and you will get an eye, brain, and horn
put those in cube and transmute
it will then open a portal to ubers

Can easily be soloed. Especialy with a smiter.

You need 3 x terror keys + 3 x hate keys + 3 x destruction keys.
You use 1 of each key in cube act 5 hell.
THis opens 1 red portal.
You do this 3 times and collect the organs.

then you transmute the organs and Uber Tristram portal spawns.

Andariel + Duriel drops : Terror Key
Mephisto drops : Hate Key
Nihlatak drops : Destruction Key
