Alright, so I was excited that my warn was going to expire in 5 days and I made a post in the general discussion about how excited I was and my thread got closed for excessive off-topic posts?

Warn information is confidential (unless you are above 70% in which you cannot use PM function and only your removal date will be given by a mod)

That post is only going to provoke spam.

I was excited about it getting removed soon and I didn't release any information besides the warn besides what the general idea was behind the warn. It's not like I gave away any secret which people don't already know about.. I was warned for posting a screenshot of a website. Also, please review the rules and tell me where it says that I cannot tell anyone why I was warned.. http://forums.d2jsp.org/info.php?p=26 because I do not see it stated there. It was the general discussion and there's no reason why I shouldn't be allowed to be post that I'm excited because my warn was up for review soon.

The warning system does many things, primarily to let the user know that the actions the user has made to earn the warn are not appreciated, and the bar is a warning to avoid such behavior. The bar itself is made public for other users to see. This is so that you may choose how you want the public to see you. The specific notes of the individual's warn log is private to the user and the moderator team. This is so that the moderators can easily track users who may continue the same behavior over time, or are unwilling to follow the rules.

Since normal "Members" such as myself cannot click on your warn log & view your warn removal request date - it falls under "Specific Notes" and is confidential

That's the specific notes about the warn and I did not share those with anyone.. but there's nothing that states that I cannot tell anyone about my warn.

You asked y it was closed, in your topic you posted "Specific" information regarding your warn ( the excate removal date & reason for the warn)

Which as state "The specific notes of the individual's warn log is private to the user and the moderator team" - Therefor it was closed for revieling confidential information
