I was told that u cant beg for fg?

But people are asking for Donations all the time... isnt that kinda like begging?

It always depends on the situation, but usually asking for donations is counted as begging.
Where did you find people asking for donations? If it's the Donate For Me Please! Topic - that's something different; here is more information about that.

its not allowed to beg for anything in topics in the tradeforums etc.

Begging or asking for FG is not allowed.
