I'm fairly sure you can click on your warn percentage in your profile.

Yes, you will. Every 10% equals 10 seconds more waiting time I strongly believe.

Flood control increases by 10 seconds for every 10% warnu receive

And decreases by 10sec for ever 10% warn u get removed

Actually I think you have to wait 90 seconds with the warn you are at.

The normal 30 seconds + 60 seconds for 60% warn
