I have 20% warn now, how does the remove works?

Once I get rid of the first 10%, the other 10% will start to decrease?

If you have an outstanding warn, you will see a "Request Removal" link. When the link is clicked, it will be sent to a que to be processed by the moderators. Warns are to last around 21-30 days before they can be requested for removal. If you warn is not eligible for removal, you will see a date and time next to it which will tell you how long you must wait until the link will appear. If you receive any warns before a preexisting warn is removed, the timer will reset and you will need to wait for the most recent warn to be removed.

Yes, once you get your 20% to go down to 10% the 30 days of waiting will start again.

And one last thing, I saw some guys who had like 40-50% warn and went to 0% again, but they lost all their rights, like friend rights, signature rights and so on

Once I reach for example 30%, and I loose the rights wich were posted in the link you posted there, will I never recover these rights?

Yes, you can recover these right back once you lose that warn % that made you lose it,
