it's probably due to the fact that after a certain number of warns, time may increase before the warns can be removed. if you need clarification on your warns, i suggest talking to one of the mod teams but in the mean time, here's a link to the warn rules:

Also you have to prove that you deserve a removal, if the mods do not think you deserve a removal yet they can add 30 days, in this case they must have added a lot more.

because your accumulated warnings. if you received multiple in the same month that compounds the length of time you're required to wait until you can ask for a removal.

You will have to wait until Oct 15th for a warn removal.
The time you have to wait for a warn removal can get extended if you accumulate multiple warns.
