Hi, i installed d2 and lod on my laptop

windows vista.. an for some reason it isnt loading, keeps saying the disk isnt in the cd drive or something to do with compatibility. i try find solutions but it says there is none. please help??

install it so it runs without the cd maybe? I don't know the mpq files you have to copy off the top of my head, but ill edit in a link if someone doesn't post it under me

Still keeps saying the same thing, that the disc is not in even though i followed the steps. Also when it does try to load it chages all of my resolution on my laptop

Run in windows xp mode

Right click the shortcut

also try running as admin.

Literally none of this is working and it is getting very frustrating.. If i purchased the games again brand new would it work okay? really dont know what to do, it zooms in on my screen a lot when ever i try open the game.

Any way to get a screen shot?
