Pretty good looking meals, i work in a fine dining restaurant and must say its not to shabby learning while working there :P

My brother was in town, so he came over for dinner tonight.

Appetizer: 'Scallops' in white wine/cilantro sauce
Soup: Minestrone
Main: Grilled Hangar steak
Roast red and yukon gold potatoes
Snow peas w enoki mushrooms
Greens w shallot and pomegranate vinaigrette

tonights dinner:




loosely based on the tapa pisto con huevo, its red snapper topped with sauteed veggie medley (onion, mushroom, peppers) and egg (wanted quail, but i couldnt find em) finished with thai basil and enoki mushroom tops. served over yellow rice.
