mmm, beef jerky. heres about half of what i made today. maple hickory flavor. i also did a bit of honey mustard mesquite yesterday to test out that flavor. WOW did that smell good while drying. taste-wise the soy overpowered so i gotta try again with a lil less.

If i may give a suggestion on plating .. always try to use uneven numbers, like instead of 4 apple chips, put 3, makes things look a lot nicer :P

we had 6 people over for dinner the other night. most was served family-style, but i did part of the fish course plated:



chilean sea bass and an imitation scallop.
