I'd edit that into OP, too.

It was actually 1 ^^ however that one hit does not check for eias. It just attack. It still use hit chance formula and can be blocked.

63 ias on a zerker axe? Am I reading this calculator correctly?!

So for ww bvb if you use a grief zerker and SS, you will need 2x ias jewels and a 33 ias grief?!
