Frames_to_rollback= 50*7/100 =3
For Amazon using a xbow, anim_length=20, repeat_anim=20/2=10.
Frames_to_rollback= 50*10/100 =5
Which match the accepted figures.

Ama Fend has a rollback of 60%.
1ht anim_length is 15, repeat_anim=7
Frames_to_rollback= 60*7/100 =4
2ht anim_length=18, repeat_anim=9
Frames_to_rollback= 60*9/100 =5
How well does this fit with a rigourous testing of Fend?

Oki, this is what we should try to match. FEND FIRST.

So we have 2 different frames pr direction to test pr wep type:
15 & 15-2 = 13
18 & 18-2 = 16

We have 2 different EIAS formulas to test
EIAS = [120*ias/(120+ias)+SIAS-(WSM+30)]
EIAS = [120*0/(120+0)+0-(0+30)] = -30
&
EIAS = [120*ias/(120+ias)+SIAS-WSM
EIAS = [120*0/(120+0)+0-0] = 0

And then there is 3 different speeds. And none of the formulas i use can jump up and down like the values does here.

{7*256/[256*(100+-30)/100]} = 11, but does not scale correct with ias.

Oki i try theese frames pr direction on both types of eias and with and without -1 in the end:
15 (base)
13 (base - 2)
11(13-2)
7 (action frame)
5 (action frame - 2)
4 (action frame, 60% Rollback)

I also tried different animationspeeds.

I kinda find nothing that match...

So im not able to give a formula for fiend yet xD

EIAS = floor(120*ias/(120+ias)+Sias-WSM)

Serial hits:
=ceiling(rounddown(15/2*256;0)/floor(256*(100+EIAS)/100;1);1)

Last hit:
=ceiling(15*256/floor(256*(100+EIAS)/100;1);1)-1

Lvl 32 fana, zerker axe:
0 ias = 6/6/6/6/11
50ias = 5/5/5/5/8
105ias = 4/4/4/4/7


The formula takes my entire screen on phone as the guy who translated excel must be a real nerd... Lol. Here is the serial zeal in norwegian excel:
=AVRUND.GJELDENDE.MULTIPLUM(AVRUND.NED(B71/2*256;0)/AVRUND.GJELDENDE.MULTIPLUM.NED(256*(100+B70)/100;1);1)

But skill formulas which change calcultion on certain levels and are affected by facets and syntenergies are the longest. Here is fissure:
=((6*D19+9) * (GRENSEVERDI(D19)-GRENSEVERDI(D19;9)) + (12*D19-39) * (GRENSEVERDI(D19;9)-GRENSEVERDI(D19;17)) + (16*D19-103) * (GRENSEVERDI(D19;17)-GRENSEVERDI(D19;23)) + (18*D19-147) * (GRENSEVERDI(D19;23)-GRENSEVERDI(D19;29)) + (22*D19-259) * (GRENSEVERDI(D19;29)))*(1+((12*(B17+B20))/100))*(1+(H4/100))

Actually melee like venom would be longer since it has 2 x psn% multiplications.

So from what I can see, this doesn’t affect the base Necromancer FCR breakpoints at all? When I first heard about the IAS that was my first curious thought if there might be a new max FCR breakpoint, so I was going to go home and do some un-scientific testing up to the 205% level to see if I can notice a difference.
My 10 years out of school, fresh dad, pleb brain is having a hard time understanding this math.

Here is another video, i show the broken 1 frame attack again with better mic, and some other features like auto wsm and some other frame speeds. but its very hard to look with a naked eye and a laggy PC lol xD

This basicly means, if u want to make a fast bear assa which really slays this is the best method:

Eth Runic: 250+ed/70ias/self rep/fool's mod/5ctc amplify dmg (2x40/15 inside ofc)
Then you need 29 ias if lvl 38 bos level.

Eni
Highlord
Loh or if pvp trang ouls fcr based u want: 15ias in helm.
