Did the cap increase for WhirlWind at all with this IAS frame change?

This is really cool and I wish I understood any of it.

I dont know fully how wirl works, just its breakpoints.

Hey gel, can you please add eias table for crossbows ? I am still stuck on this to calculate the new breakpoints for crossbows with bowazon.

do both weapons ias bonus (ex. 60 on botd, 40 on beast, 0 on death) count as gear IAS (D1 in my excel)?
in LOD only gloves side weapon counted when dual-wield
in D2R the new char screen extended page also shows only the sum of the gloves side weapon + rest gear, but without the boots side weapon

Wsm:
Only main hand wsm matter.
But main hand is affected by offhand:
(wsm main + wsm off) /2
They are average.

If u manage to auto wsm bug which is a thing in d2r u get:
(wsm main + wsm off) /2 + (wsm bootsSide - wsmGloveSide)

Off hand wepon ias has no affect. But a beast offhand u will still benefit from the fana aura.
So:
MainWep ias + gear ias is ur ias.
