get a PB and BA and soc them with 2 shaels, put on any cheap 20ias stuff like cats eye etc, open your fana and see the result yourself
Also firewall does 2.4x damage compared to OG D2 so it's not the same engine

can confirm, ias is definitely different in d2r. tested myself with trap laying speed and fireblast

also i dont think they changed anything to the underlying game engine. so it might just be visual bug.
