ba isnt the best vs all chars and certainly isnt good vs chars that have any kind of slow (golem, holy freeze, arach/bb slow whatever) but vs sorcs or hdins or druid or whatever char that doesnt slow you in a 1v1, BA is way, WAY superior

if you think that +1 range adder which almost doubles ur smite range in certain angles without losing speed isnt worth it you really have some lose wires

if you rly think sacrificing 20 life on a jewel for 15 ias is not worth this kind of range adder, you rly dont know crap about this game:

all monsters of all kinds have 0% PLR in all difficulties, and its only reduced by -% poison resist on gear (which reduces both poison resist and poison length resist. Lower resist curse does not). I guess its possible for some monsters which spawn with random equipment to spawn PLR mods (blood raven, flying scimitar, madawc, talic, korlic)

venom isnt always 10 or 20 frames tho

There's a very cool conversation going on here about new speed caps (75EIAS cap is gone!), but it's being drowned out by dumb PB/BA and Venom sidebars. I blame OP for the title, but otherwise, great observation. One way to test it would be using ctc items like it or carrion wind and counting the procs over a whole minute. This will let you figure out the exact frames per attack. I for one am excited for a 2 frame dragon talon.

Berserker axe speed = 0

Phase blade speed = -30

On what planet did BA attack faster than pb? Never met anyone who used grief on a BA until now.
