Only thing needed to bug quest is to talk to warriv in the same game you killed andariel for the first time
Nothing else you do has any effect on the bug and it doesnt matter

This is correct and has been proven time and time again.

Kill Andariel. Talk to Warriv before leaving. That’s it.

Items not dropping from wraiths in arcane sanctuary for example... ofc it wont drop if it dies in the air
