<Challenge System>

Please Read Before Submitting New Challenges
1) Have fun!! (No rage/drama, negative spam or you will be removed, use the open suggestion thread).
2) If you wish to be added to the Ladder? Post JSP name/D2 account/Character name - Type of character.
3) You are allowed to challenge up to 2 ranks above you until you get to #3, then you must duel everybody; one at a time.
4) You must PM the other party about the challenge, then post the challenge in this thread here.
5) If you Issued the Challenge Must wait 12 hours after Completion of Challenge to Issue another Challenge
6) If you lose a challenge you must wait 48 hours to rechallenge the same person.
7) 3-Day Dodge rule (AFK, No-reply, No-show = Auto-loss) 2 consecutive Dodges = Removed from ladder.
8) Post all scores of challenges in this topic thread, either one of you can do it.
If you cannot complete your challenge on time it is your responsibility to PM your challenger and inform them. Then post in this thread asking for an extension. If you fail to do this the dodge rule will be enforced to simply keep the ladder moving.

<GM Melee Duel Rules>

1) GM Melee rules apply to all duels See page 1 for rules.
2) You may change gear twice during a set and once between each set.
3) A challenge will be best 2/3 sets, first to 6 must win each set by 2 duels.

I dont know if you understand what consecutive means...

it means 2 times in a row.

Now it's either you're false or this ladder has been running wrong rules since it started.

It means 2 times. I'm not false at all.

I understand what you mean. Its a good point you have. We need to ask Steve about it. I pm'd him. I always thought you simply could not accumulate 2 dodges, consecutive or not. But now that I read the rule again, it is true that it sounds like 2 non-consecutive dodges will not get you removed from the ladder.

It's always been accumulate dodges, consecutives dodges.

Was the dodges consecutive or not? I always thought it was consec dodges.

Either way its an ez fix and it probably wont even matter if hes going to respond.

Consecutive means "One after the other without gaps"

so if the person had 1 dodge and back from active completing challenges, i believe the * should be removed because it wouldnt be consecutive anymore since the person is back active and completing challenges.

There is a difference between 2 accumulated dodges and 2 consecutive dodges. I can dodge in January, and not dodge for 10 challenges and then dodge again in April. Thats 2 accumulated dodges but not 2 consecutive dodges, since I completed 10 challenges since my last dodge.

i argue when i know i can win. and im sure ill win this one. there's a reason why it states 2 consecutive dodges.
the reason being so is that if they dodge once. ( maybe because they wre away for vaction or w.e)
they can get it removed by finishing a challenge he did not issue.
this was how it was made back then.

Dave for sure got one before and it got removed. just skimming through the old pages and i see dodges getting removed. after completing matches
