<Challenge System>

Please Read Before Submitting New Challenges
1) Have fun!! (No rage/drama, negative spam or you will be removed, use the open suggestion thread).
2) If you wish to be added to the Ladder? Post JSP name/D2 account/Character name - Type of character.
3) You are allowed to challenge up to 2 ranks above you until you get to #3, then you must duel everybody; one at a time.
4) You must PM the other party about the challenge, then post the challenge in this thread here.
5) If you Issued the Challenge Must wait 12 hours after Completion of Challenge to Issue another Challenge
6) If you lose a challenge you must wait 48 hours to rechallenge the same person.
7) 3-Day Dodge rule (AFK, No-reply, No-show = Auto-loss) 2 consecutive Dodges = Removed from ladder.
8) Post all scores of challenges in this topic thread, either one of you can do it.
If you cannot complete your challenge on time it is your responsibility to PM your challenger and inform them. Then post in this thread asking for an extension. If you fail to do this the dodge rule will be enforced to simply keep the ladder moving.

<GM Melee Duel Rules>

1) GM Melee rules apply to all duels See page 1 for rules.
2) You may change gear twice during a set and once between each set.
3) A challenge will be best 2/3 sets, first to 6 must win each set by 2 duels.

Both of these past ladders were closed to due piss-poor management, hengster quit due to the piss-poor management. Kwan sold spots on the ladder for his own personal agenda and was ultimately closed for his unprofessional conduct and tyrannical approach to managing the ladder. That is the main reason why he was exiled. You dug your own grave, I hope you have learned from it.
As for this ladder, we DO obide by our base rules and if natedogg is within required challenge time then he stays - this is also why there is more than 1 Council member on this ladder. It is to make sure there is a balance of power so there is not a repeat the of the Ganghis Kwan syndrome.
I know this and so do several others, including hengster, Dark-soul, Palapk Nation etc etc - not good to lie...

they been active and stuff if we need extra assiant well i know who i can bring along

natedogg was within the allotted time and Jess wanted to remove him. before the 3day dodge rule even occurs.
IT is not a good enough excuse to say that he has been dodging pms so i will take him out of the ladder.
Follow the rules and things will be great.
The reason there is argument in this ladder is because there is no set rules, and admins are do not want to elaborate the rules.
But rather decide and give an answer as issues come and go.

So now, new rules i found out.

Maximum time of 48 hours will be given as extension.
after the 48 hour extension, if the duel hasn't been met, the admins will decide whether the duel is cancelled or a dodge.( how does this help the person who issued the challenge? so basically he wasted 5 days.)

Cannot gear at the same time your opponent gears,. ( i fought for this a while back but got denied by jess sirsteve and idk who else. )

Allowed to duel 3-4 spots ahead of you as long as there is 2 skips within 3 rank range.
IE

i dont know about bruno much, BUT i believe JESS is very bad at judgment ppl abilities and hostnessty plus the professional is so low base on this lvl. also she has so much emotion over something" like its my ladder, ill do whatever i like such as i can ban/remove/ change the rule any moment i feel like it. BUT MATTER OF FACT IS REALLY GOOD AT UPDATING AND SPEND TIME ON IT. dont get mad at me. im just a straighforwar person
