After reviewing everything from Rick's and Zoj's sides I am going to say that Rick be declared the victor for the following reasons:

Rick posted screenshots which is really the important part because this proves two things -

a] Rick was not using mods or had bm potions visible in his belt.

and more importantly

b] the message log, which shows us that Zoj initially mentioned "hacks" and then eventually changed his story to "rejuvs".

If Rick had been using rejuvs the whole duel, it would have been blatantly obvious from Zoj's perspective and he logically would have called off the duels to be redone with a Med, instead of waiting until the end of the Final Duel to declare Rick using rejuv potions.

We all well know that exploiting the OWs from Fury of Chaos combined with higher fcr + defensive L8z style dueling can most certainly make up for using "lesser gear" and can certainly make expensively geared sins very much beatable. Therefore, it isn't unreasonable to see Rick taking the victory.. and again, he has not been proven even once to BM in official ladder duels.

Hopefully you guys rematch at some point and are wise enough to get a mediator first.

My reasoning is explained sir, if you were actually serious about this ladder, you would have requested a mediator and/or stopped the duels completely AS SOON AS RICK BEGAN THE "BM". But you allowed them to continue until the very end which means you accepted the terms of the match.
