<Challenge System>
Please Read Before Submitting New Challenges
1) Have fun!! (No rage/drama, negative spam or you will be removed, use the open suggestion thread).
2) If you wish to be added to the Ladder? Post JSP name/D2 account/Character name - Type of character.
3) You are allowed to challenge up to 2 ranks above you until you get to #3, then you must duel everybody; one at a time.
4) You must PM the other party about the challenge, then post the challenge in this thread here.
5) If you issued the challenge and won? You must wait 12 hours after completion of challenge to issue another challenge.
6) If you lose a challenge you must wait 48 hours to rechallenge the same person.
7) 3-Day Dodge rule (AFK, No-reply, No-show = Auto-loss) 2 consecutive Dodges = Removed from ladder.
If you cannot complete your challenge on time it is your responsibility to PM
your challenger and inform them; then post in thread asking for an extension.
If you fail to do this Dodge Rule will be enforced.

<Duel Rules>
1) GM Melee rules apply to all duels See page 1 for rules.
2) You may change gear twice during a set and once between each set.
3) A challenge will be best 2/3 sets, first to 6 must win each set by 2 duels.

I'm on a losing streak now

im putting scenarios down, in case stuff happens and there will be ''no things coming out of nowhere'' at least at this point we can only look back to what was said. and follow that. rather than making unwritten rules come out of no where.
im not backing up no one, this is not about you and kwan.
. just want to clear shit up. for the future to come for other people who are in this ladder.
I want to clear things up that isn't written.
shit might not happen to you but if happens to someone else, it just wouldn't be fair if they dont know about it.



this happened with bren. he was taken out of 3rd.
the best thing to do to avoid things like this is to write the rules and the circumstance that could happen.
this will make the ladder more stable.

im pointing out flaws in the system that should get fixed.
the more i see the more i talk about it.
i want a ladder that can be as solid as it can be
the only way this can occur is to point out mistakes and fix it.
the best around and that includes snuffs west zeal ladder -.-

My duel with mrdruman should be done by tomorrow.

It was between dodge or cancel. I know for a fact joe NEVER dodges hes match. I rather leave it as cancel. Joe waited ENTIRE day for you.. and it due few days ago. soo i waited 48 hours and i made my decission from there.I know it wasn't right call but hey, I can't make everybody happy.

What I miss? If there's a duel regardless of for what rank and the three day dodge rule happens it's ruled a dodge if there is no request for an extension. If it seems like both parties are trying to get it done it would be up the admin to decide what action to take. I always cancel the duel if it seems like they're making an effort to get the duel done.

Yea and the flaw is this

You dont let the admin decide whether its a dodge or a cancelled challenge. it can only be one or the other.
Shit you'll never know if admins have favorites or grudges. Its better to stick with something everyone can oblige to follow.


This would be a better fix

If these scenarios occur in the future.
