Mike has informed me through Facebook that due to a couple of reasons (lag/drama/etc) he will be unable to continue dueling and is dropping off the ladder. This means no more rank updates from him either effectively starting today.
Corey or Nick, please let me know if you're willing to step up and do it full time in Mike's absence. I will update this once, but don't have the time to be a med full time. If we are unable to secure a med, the ladder will most have to end. (Note: Whoever steps up as the new med earns to right to make the final call on the Rick issue; whether or not he is allowed to participate on ladder)

Rules of GvG1] In order to compete on this ladder, you must use a Ghost. This ladder defines "Ghost" as an Assassin that uses (at minimum) an variation of Chaos Claw + Enigma + a Secondary Claw with CTA on swap.
2] Stacked PR up to 85% and/or up to 75% poison length reduced by gear is allowed. (You must show belt + potions along with gear to prove where the PLR/stack comes from, if need be.)
3] Only one hard base point can be used in any light or fire based traps. Claws with + to trap skills base are acceptable.
4] Duels take place in Hell Difficulty, in the Blood Moor.
5] Both players must say "go" or "g" for a duel to begin.
6] First to 5 wins a challenge, and both slain at same time is a tie - not who dies first. Double kills are not counted.
7] No hacks of any kind.
8] No healing or rejuvination potions, wells, shrines, antidote potions, PvM leeching, or healing of any kind, etc... (Life Rep. up to 40 is permitted).
9] Absolutely NO pre-buff; you must pre-cast with the gear you will be dueling in. Carrying anything in your inventory except for charms is considered BM. (IE. Cube for buffing)
10] Upon winning a challenge, you may challenge the next rank up immediately. The loser must wait 48 hours before being allowed to issue a new challenge to the winner of the previous duel.
11] If you town it is a death (on purpose or accidental) unless your opponent agrees otherwise.
12] No excessive use of houses or cornering/mass defensive dueling. If you feel your opponent is too defensive, feel free to pm a Mediator to watch the duel (or document/record it yourself).
13] Items that have spell charges are allowed but charges may not be used.
14] Ethereal items are not allowed unless they are glitched indestructable, zod'd, or self-repair. The only exception to this rule are claw based runewords.
15] Winner must post legit s/s's of the kills if there is any question as to the outcome of the duels. If there is a dispute that cannot be settled, a reduel may be required with Mediation.
16] Being in a party of any size during official duels is not allowed unless the match is being mediated (Only the Mediator may be in a party).
17] Any time a player touches the stash once the FT5 has begun, they shall Save/Exit/Rejoin ASAP & show their gear/inventory to a Mediator, upon discretion of the other player.
18] If any player dodges more than 2 challenges in a row (3rd dodge). They face risk of being kicked from the ladder. They may rejoin again later, but will lose rank.
19] Duels for the #1 spot are "Must Win By 2" (aka 5-3) or "First To 7" wins - whichever comes first.
20] "Vacation Status" may be authorized for up to 7 days. When on vacation status, participants are to challenge around that person, as if they are not there.
21] Repeated s/e'ing after each death to get around the "Anya bug" is considered BM.
22] In order to be active on the ladder, you must have PM access or have a GvG Ladder participant to help mediate communication for challenges. You must also not be away from Jsp for an inordinate amount of time (i.e. several weeks+).
23] No dodging. This rule is in place for someone who wishes to "hold" their spot. The challenger should be the one initiating a date/time to duel. If the challengee does not give a reasonable reply within 4 days, a dodge may be called. If the challenger fails to initiate a specific time/date within 4 days, the challenge will automatically be dropped.
24] This ladder is for GM dueling and as such, all members are required to treat each other with respect and courtesy in-game and on Jsp or face being suspended and possibly kicked from the ladder/banned.
25] Challenging up goes one of two ways, depending on how many participants are ranked on the ladder. In the event of fewer than 10 participants, player may only challenge for rank directly above him (ie: #4 vs #3) but with 10+ participants, players may challenge up to two ranks above, with exceptions made for vacation status, as per rule 20.This post was edited by Azn Masta on Apr 23 2016 09:51am
