Why don't you just join anyway and kick his ass if you don't like him? That's what I would do. If I didn't like someone I would slam him over and over again in duels to show him his place.

Now I mean no offense to this, so don't take it the wrong way, but isn't not joining because you don't like someone like throwing up a white flag before the fight even started?

This ladder exists for GM duels. People join to be #1, not to simply be a part of a "special club". If you get scammed that is a trade issue. Until rick is identified to BM in GM duels here, i see no reason not to let the guy participate. It's simply not my, or anyone else's problem if they choose to trade or show trust with a known scammer and get ripped off. Jsp still allows him to post in Legit Dueling subforum, just no pm/deal with fg access. If his trade actions are to be reflected in his jsp activity, don't you feel this issue transcends the GvG ladder and needs to be taken to a higher authority? Lmk.
