#1 Somebody could Concievably get to no 5 by strategically skippping past certain Characters or classes that they are weak against, They shouldnt be able to get to no 1 being able to skip somebody they know they cant beat.
And If that means the same guys have to keep dueling each other so what.... If you cant beat somebody you shouldnt be able to skip them.
well #1 really doesnt mean your #1 but the rule protects them as #1 cause if #1 can beat #2 but cant beat #3 and #2 cant beat #1 but can beat #3 100% of time which this ladder has experienced many many times.. then you #1 is protected as #1 and they truly arent so it is congesting and it protects #1 who had already strategically skipped... u cant tell #3 though that they are always #3 when they can beat #1 but due to new rule u will always be #3
(i know that was confusing i believe in you all to think about that more then changing the fort rule since you dont need to protect your zealers rights now...)

#2 Getting into the top 5 of ladder is supposed to be hard and If you managed to make it that far up the ladder It should be just a hard to knock you back down. Would you Rather somebody just be able to skip past you and be ahead of you?
since you have the new 12 hour rule if they skip past you have 12 hours to challange them and take their spot so they really didnt skip to far ahead of you at the end of the day because you can take their spot instantly and the rankings are once again fair..

#3 I didnt make that rule up myself it was voted on by a very high majority of the people on the ladder Melee Ladder .
8( this isnt ladder melee ladder and we like unlimited or 2 gear changes very much here, but our rule was eliminated via vote of 2 ladder guild heads voting for non ladder rules 8( so how come its implied a rule that all the ladder ladder members voted on
