Calling dodge on Rios, have pmd him two times to set up a duel. 2nd pm earlier he responded, but didnt try and setup a time to duel. Since it will be be 48 hours tonight and he hasnt attempted to help arrange a time, Would like to take his spot and challenge ahead since according to his sig he would be on an hour ago and he wasnt, and he wont be on again till midnight maybe?



48 hour dodge rule i assume?
