<Challenge System>
Please Read Before Submitting New Challenges
1) Have fun!! (No rage, drama BM or bullshit you will be banned if there are complaints about you).
2) To be added to the Ladder post JSP Name/D2 account/Character Name- Type of character.
3) Allowed to challenge up to 2 ranks above you until you get to #3 then you must duel everybody
4) You must PM the other party about the challenge FIRST then post challenge in this topic.
5) GM Melee rules apply to all duels See page 1 for rules.
6) Challenge will be best 2/3 sets first to 6 must win each set by 2 duels.
7) You may change gear Twice during a set and 1 time between each set.
8) If you issued the challenge must wait 12 hours after completion of challenge to issue another challenge.
9) If you lose a challenge you must wait 48 hours to rechallenge the same person.
10) 3-Day Dodge rule (AFK, No-reply, No-show = Auto-Loss) 2 consecutive Dodges=Removed from Ladder

If you cannot complete your challenge on time it is your responsibitly to PM
your Challenger and inform them then post in thread asking for an extension.
If you fail to do this Dodge Rule will be enforced.

;/ i dont get why this is going so far -.- yea thats wonderful it got voted and but now it passed... why you have to accuse how it got passed when you dont know.. Maybe the rule was truly wrong and now its right... maybe the councial thought it was more appropiate to vote for the ppl rather then their personal prefrences cause for every one of those councial groups therss like 15+ members that should be considered also who might not be getting their opinion.. I mean also whats not to say they werent pressured the oppisite way before i mean those words go both ways as much as you want to try and deny it...

we dont use assiants to vote we uses admins. cuz it got passed and all sudden it got changed its annoying and now i gotta fixed next problem..man why i have to do all work. i hate u adam

I wasn't swayed actually. I was rather indifferent about the rule chance however I did see their viewpoints on why they wanted the rule changed so I voted yes in the end. Adam is the one who voted no at the last meeting I was all for it. This time however adam was for it and I was still in favor of the change and since now i'm now an admin my vote counted. Darc was asking me if the rule change would help make the ladder more fun to everyone so I forwarded her some of the pms I had received that were arguments both for and against the rule change so she could make an educated decision by herself. As you might be aware I am a pretty opinionated person and don't cave into any kind of pressure especially if it's from opposition.

So to sum up, the integrity of the ladder is still there so please don't do anything drastic as you are a great asset to the council.

All we have to do is vote on the respec rule, now that everyone understands its meaning, purpose and eventual "effect" if it remains. If the respec rule is done away with, I don't see any future problems on the ladder. But this is only my view.

The respec rule isn't even shown. So is it really even in effect here?
