Now that decarnate gets to #1, he abuses the rule and enforced it. Even though he had just recently broke another rule
he challenged me before grace period of 48 hours were up. and we ended up dueling. I had to post that I accepted early challenge to make it official
but the point is.. if hes a going to be enforcing the rules.. they should ALL be enforced and he doesnt have the right to even issue a challenge. the rules says CANNOT rechallenge 48 hours.
