As for the use of inner sight, exactly it's not prohibited in the rules and has been allowed for some time unless specifically banned. I'll let ^GTmustang or ^chronic-ftp chime in as they are the mods for UGML.

And I’m from the west, the rules there are different, if y’all wanna use tap and lower target defense and expect people to randomly find the updated rules then that’s on y’all, now I know, I’ll rock defense scs next time.

I suggest you put the updated rules in each ladder ranking post, I’m simply following page 1 of the rules as that’s who created this ladder. I don’t know how you expect anyone to go threw 3000 pages and find rules y’all changed, it’s not even logical.
