Looks to be a 150 fg helm at best.

Base PR is cute but tbh that is only useful for gvg and interchangeable with base AR.

Also missing an additional key mod like str/dex that can spawn on it.

There are far superior helms out there for ghost, and pretty much all participants got way better. GL with it.
