The challange vs how and chronic is null. This challange has been nulled due to chronic not receiving a pm, and for how posting that they aren't available.

As a reminder it is important to pm users when you issue challanger.

With that said, in situations like these do not just issue new challanger without discussing. Chronic in the future please pm me before issuing challangr to avoid any confusion

If none of you post why it wasn't completed, its a dodge for the challenged individal. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Seems valid. I’ll take note next time I get a challenge nullified because I wasn’t able to pm within a few hours or complete the challenge the same night.

The ruling has your challange nulled to not slow ladder progression. It is your responsibility to pm the user when you challange. In the future please pm them, then post in the thread to avoid this. I understand loosing power but most people have a smartphone also to be able to issue a pm.

You posted a challange, never pmd the user, then stated you don't have power and no access to complete the challange. This is not a personal decision.

The no exceptions implies that no extensions will be granted.
