Imo he shouldn't get banned. Scammers and scammed gear are banned from gm melee. He didn't do any scams and isn't currently using any stolen gear. It was obviously wrong to buy stolen gear since buying stolen gear incentivizes more theft but since he did return it and isn't going to use any other stolen gear on this ladder than he should stay. But i'm not involved in this ladder so take that for what it's worth.

☆GM Melee Rules☆

1) GM Melee rules apply to all duels See page 1 for rules.
2) You may change gear twice during a set and once between each set.
3) Using a token mid-duel is not allowed.
4) A challenge will be best 2/3 sets, first to 6 must win each set by 2 duels.
5) If both players die it is a draw
6) If you cancel your match, you have to wait 12 hours until you can challenge someone else.



☆Challenge System☆

- Want to be added to the ladder? Please post your JSP name/D2 account/Character name - type of character.
- You are allowed to challenge 1-2 ranks above you until you get to #3. At #3, you win both to get to #1.
- You must PM the other party about the challenge, then post the challenge in this thread here.
- If you Issued the Challenge Must wait 12 hours after Completion of Challenge to Issue another Challenge.
- If you lose a challenge you must wait 48 hours to re-challenge the same person.
- 5-Day Dodge rule NO EXCEPTIONS (AFK, No-reply, No-show = Auto-loss) 2 consecutive Dodges = Removed from ladder.
- If you cannot complete your challenge on time it is the responsibility of the challenged to post why it wasn't completed.
If none of you post why it wasn't completed, its a dodge for the challenged individal. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- GM Melee rules apply to all duels. See Page 1 for outline of rules. If you have any questions about the rules, pm a council member.

Waiting for your garbage guild to quit spamming this topic, which none of you even participate in. You guys left this ladder and started your own, go play there. Every time people try to restart this ladder top melees merry band of multis come and spam it up.

let me make something abundantly clear here. I am a ugml council, as is jubeii and valaryian steel


Cut the spam, this is a ladder for dueling.

No future discuss is to be had. I appreciate the help from the updaters but if you are going to invite drama and not direct it to us, then you are not doing your job

As an updater you do not have the authority to remove someone from the ladder in this manner.

In regarding the stolen gear a more in-depth approach it s needed.

rather you agree or not, he purchased these items. He did not scam them. He is allowed to be on the ladder. He has done nothing wrong. It is unreasonable to expect people to follow every stolen piece of gear, and I know of gear scammed long before people even joined jsp, and that gear is being used right now in ladders. Welcome to a dieing game.
