☆ ★ GM Melee Rules ☆ ★

1) GM Melee rules apply to all duels See page 1 for rules.
2) You may change gear twice during a set and once between each set.
3) Using a token mid-duel is not allowed.
4) A challenge will be best 2/3 sets, first to 6 must win each set by 2 duels.
5) If both players die it is a draw
6) If you cancel your match, you have to wait 12 hours until you can challenge someone else.

☆ ★Challenge System☆ ★

- Want to be added to the ladder? Please post your JSP name/D2 account/Character name - type of character.
- You are allowed to challenge 1-2 ranks above you until you get to #3. At #3, you win both to get to #1.
- You must PM the other party about the challenge, then post the challenge in this thread here.
- If you Issued the Challenge Must wait 12 hours after Completion of Challenge to Issue another Challenge.
- If you lose a challenge you must wait 48 hours to re-challenge the same person.
- 5-Day Dodge rule NO EXCEPTIONS (AFK, No-reply, No-show = Auto-loss) 2 consecutive Dodges = Removed from ladder.
- If you cannot complete your challenge on time it is the responsibility of the challenged to post why it wasn't completed.
If none of you post why it wasn't completed, its a dodge for the challenged individal. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- GM Melee rules apply to all duels. See Page 1 for outline of rules. If you have any questions about the rules, pm a council member.

I understand that, but the ladder must keep going. If he isn't around, it will be you taking the spot. It happens.

Seems like lacap forfeited his duel because he didnt want to take #1 for free. Seems legit to me

I felt the same during my time so if he wants to null and rechallenge later that his decision.

I've been in this position before as well.
Even thought i understand your point of view (not wanting #1 for "free") the ladder must move on accordingly.

Greniator is not able to complete the match, you are. Greniator will forfeit his spot as #1, you will now hold it.
It isn't fair to the #3 (i understand he's in a challenge currently, but that can change at any moment) spot to just null because one party can't complete and the other doesn't want to take the spot in this fashion.

If u wanna get technical, the match was already over at the 5 day mark before lacap ever posted.. Lacap is like 0-5 trying to take crown from gren so i dont blame him not wanting it.

Ill go ahead and give grens zeal a dodge star and bring him down to #2 on next update even tho its silly

Lets keep the spam down and stop with the backseat updating tho, can very easily solve all this thru pms or discord.
