He is not permanently "booted", he was suspended for 1 month and it was a decision mutually decided to be best by the council in an attempt to give him some perspective.

I personally have asked him a few times to relax in this thread and stop being such an overt asshole and he did not comply.

I would get several PMs complaining about how he acts and there is nothing we can do about how he acts in game or elsewhere on this forum or in PM but he can at least not do it in this thread.

Him getting his account banned by blizzard is another situation.

If he rebuilds and wants to join in the future he is welcome provided he conducts himself respectfully.

Yeah, it all makes sense now. I don't know why Chris gets painted in a bad light.
