I think it would be fair and simple to put the following rules for the elemental damage:

Weapons - Cannot exceed 200 elemental damage
Inventory - Only one small charm of each elemental damage will be allowed (cold, fire & lightning)

I agree 100%. There weren't any rules for elemental damage originally, so I got to try a lot of setups in the old days. Imho, the only advantage to using elem dmg is slight stun. The dmg itself is minimal. Do some tests with a bstar, you can easily see it.

Neither has the use of elemental damage small charms. Although in general, the stacking of elemental dmg in your inventory is generally considered very bad manner, regardless of how ineffective it is.

i've seen guys on west try to bm with 37x 2-99 lite dmg sc's cuz they melee in hell mode, they always end up getting rekt anyway even in hell and yet were worried about it in nightmare lol

I think we all need to take into account sometimes people have lives outside this game and this forum.

We all need to take a moment and respect stuff going on in peoples lives. Scott has things going on, BigTaco removed himself and Letuce left as well.

Life comes first and we have to realize that. This is a leisurely game but sometimes some people take it further than it being that.

I have 2 kids one that was just born a few months ago and one thats 18 months old and an amazing wife. I would never pick this game over them.

Make sure everyone knows where their priorities lie. Just food for thought. :)
