i would like to propose rule change ;o lsfdjsaljfalfjk
i would like to propose zealers and conc barbs dont get to use fort!!!!
i think its unfair because while you guys are using fort and doing 11k dmg -.- (which is already unfair because i need some 14 max gcs to hit that high) you are also able to use highlords making your dmg range massive massive were we are put at a disadvantage because we cant use highlords (or hardly ever can) and if we can its usually a huge gamble of weather we get that big hit or not.. and it doesnt start at IF we get the big hit its even IF we get a hit at all.................
It is also very hard because that shift in defense you get does make a difference in how much ar or if you wanna think about it what setup we has to use... and we can chose on to compensate for the chilling but then personally i have hard time hitting you at begging of duel.. and same goes for if i chose the setup that i can hit when you dont have chilling casted
so i proposed it...... even though i know everyones gonna be like just make a zealer then or not care because nobody cares about the disadvantage gaps so long as their class is the strong -.- ldsjaflsadjfsldafjlsafjaslfj cause thats how all you zealers are!! SELFISH!!! ldjfsaljflsadfjsajfslafj
I personally don't like Fortitude at all... When 1.10 first arrived, we were really considering banning it all together. I always believed it took away a player's unique build, strategy & skill. All anyone had to do was throw on a Fort & win. As it stands today, though, eth Forts are BM, no doubt about that. But non-eth...that's something everyone else needs to think about. I always told myself I would never use it and I still stand by that to this day. Being a long-time Valordin I've only recently thought about broadening my horizons with another build, due to 1.13 respec options for my four other level 99s, so I got myself a perfect eth up shaft.
As one of the Council Members, consider this brought to the attention of the others. We would first have to decide if this is truly even necessary to vote on. And if all members of the Council accepts a vote on it, then we can vote.
