they may not be charged but the stolen property will still be confiscated they will not get to keep it
and everyone should know that if a 2 day old multi has 300k worth of gear and is trying to sell it for 1/3 value its going to be stolen
he can say he didnt know all he wants but in all honesty do you believe him?
then once it came out who the gear came from he quickly pm'd him to try and get his money back as to not get himself burned by his terrible decision to buy obviously stolen gear

I can't really take you seriously, the whole premise of your argument is he didn't know it was stolen, which is false by his own admission on the other site. He said he just didn't know who it was stolen from.
Which based on how the trade for the goods went down is not true either because he even said he thought gtakin owned besh's g arreat.
Yea as much as ive tried to stay out of this conversation , I have to agree 100% that SpamBam absolutely knew what he was doing its a no brainer.
Gcat keylogs Gtakin on his phone with a fishing email , well planned and lucky notice the similar name gcat.
Gears are posted on the "other site" just a few hours later and sold very quickly to SpamBam at a drastically reduced price from a 2-3 day old 2016 user.
The gears were still hot on the frying pan barely a few hours old , um yea sounds very legit at that price and from that user.
News gets out and SpamBam and all the stolen melee gears are banned from ANY gm melee events and melee guilds including mine.
Few days later Spambam now wants to participate on ugml and melee events and offers to give back all the stolen melee items to Scott(Gtakin)
I believe this when I see it and go from there , enough said
