Fort of stone is a key item for a wolf barb and I've never heard of it being BM. I'd say it's fine

yeah west zeal has em banned, but so does bvb and other class tournaments too on both realms

Hacked items were always banned. That would include iths, 4 socket valors, occy ring, and hybrids.
