I try to tell all of my opponents that I work third shift and I can only really duel in the morning/afternoon hours and that I'm also off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but I sleep part of the day and I usually won't be on until the afternoon or evening on those off-days.

So when I saw Jason that morning, I tried to make the best of the time that I had. When Jason said he was thinking about dropping from the ladder himself because he sold his scourge, I told him not to because I was going to be on today. So he said he won't and I "assumed" that he was going for an extension. I also specifically remember telling him that I wanted to fight for the rank, not just slip right in...

Anyway, I'm not putting Jason down. He's a great guy and a good friend. He does have a point about me not being available that often. My work schedule makes things very difficult for UGML. Unless people can duel in the morning or afternoon, I'm pretty much out of luck.

So I may have to leave the ladder after all.
