I should have taken note of Joni using a different char name, unquestionably you should have to start from the bottom if you do this. While I do believe your victory over Oni is legit (I see no substantial evidence of bm activity) I cannot count it for a rank duel.
Please settle this dispute by obeying the rules properly and dueling a 3rd time, bringing an end to the 1-1 trilogy and this spamfest. That is of course, assuming Joni will be using the sin that earned such rank to begin with. If it's CoA now, you will need to start from the bottom.
When I get back home, it is likely I shall recombine the 3 tiers back into one, as I do agree it's creating more confusion then good.
I will leave this with requesting each of you to carefully read the rules. Several times arguments were made in regard to rules that didn't exist or that were only partially correct.
