clearly enchant is not aloud thats a gimmie along with a bunch of the other stuff like you cant ww into town clearly that is not aloud

but prebo is definately aloud on east, and this is also a prevention measure to prevent cheaters
id argue it should be a rule that people have to prebo not just that but characters can be build based
on a certain amount of life,

just because you beat a barb with out prebo doesnt mean u can beat him with prebo sometimes it varries depending on the build because of the value of strength/life/crushingblow
which is simply not fair to players who want to use those builds as they would require prebo like an all strength barb for example, that would really get benifit from prebo

people are bitches not preboing to me i wouldnt trust most of these shit talkers to not have a soj or a +2 amulet in there inv actually prebuffing themselfs cheating to get an anfair advantage, which is another issue with prebo esp in public games, in public games you cant be checking peoples inv's asking for screen shots so the best way to avoid this possible cheat is to prebo

PLUS not-preboing adds value to the +skill attribute by giving you additional life. when really +skills is
not quite as valuable when prebuffing an example of why, +skills suck in addition to that it also adds value to +skills in the market that actually are not as a benfit as people would think which kinda points me to the fact that changing what is aloud in duels has people buying items for high prices that actually not very good, because rules have limited the item in some sort of way

maximum replenish 25, laugh can have how ever much replenish u want on east

cold damage on a weapon with more range then 1 is not aloud again this is aloud on east

and in addition to that i wanna just mention how its funny to me i could imagine a life replenish barb
and how some crying could start because the barb is " running away replenishing healing " etc

but its ok when a ranged barb runs constantally trying to range a lower range

to me if a bham barb wants to go replenish build because he knows some exec sword barb is going to make him chase him for 20 minutes while he ww's backwords then so be it, and funny how these things basically
off set each other but at the same time they are banned.

I have very specific reasons why I listed my divisions the way I did.

This codex doesn't restrict open wounds, and also doesn't restrict unique armor. So we are talking cookie cutter hammer/naga builds all with twitch + swordback + gtoes etc... where you're only rare item is your weapon.

I can't think of anything else more boring than that.

Also some retarded rules listed.... No cold damage allowed for Exec & Naga? Battle hammer is already the meta, and they restricting the alternative weapons even more? This had to be written by a LOD player.
