Best belt to craft with for a lld 30 caster belt?

Shouldnt I be going for sharkskin belts?
They are LVL req of 25 and the exceptional version?

Yes, going for sharkskin belts is better if you want an extra mod beyond just 24 fhr

use 29/29/light belt to pump out 24/10 belts asap (easy, maybe 1:100 maximum). use 71/1/sharkskin for your best chance at 24/10/3rd mod belts (5 rep, 24/10/rep is more like 1:3000). you'll still get an essentially equal amount of plain 24/10s this way also, but the long shopping time for sharkskins makes 29/29/light better when solely aiming for plain 24/10s
