A guide or something like that? I found one, but it only had info about crafting level 30 items. The calculation was there, but i am to dumb to figure it out.

What are you trying to craft?

was trying to figure out how to get a blood ring with:

5 str
20 hp
1-3 ll

&

10 fcr
30-40 mana

but i think level req would be something like: 32 and i need it to be level req 18... Guess its better to gamble for rare ring. Can you tell me what level to gamble this ring at?

At lvl 18, you can get like 1-2 affixes max depending on the ilvl of the starting item. Arguably, caster belts are the most worthwhile to craft.
Gambling rings is a much better approach to getting the rings you are after. You can also re-roll rare rings, but imo thats a waste of resources

That guide is essentially for circlets, but iirc, a lvl 28 is ideal for rings/ammys.
