Why isnt there any lvl 30 smiter guides? Because most people have no direction on how to pilot one, players gravitate towards more easy to use builds
not allowed? Yes, it's allowed
not viable? Yes, viable
never actually seen a smiter dueling and i wonder why? They aren't the most popular character, and people just scared of losing its also a lower tier character
