Well, they dont auto hit. They are blockable and their attack rate depends on skill level iirc. But yeah, it would support a solid Ted build for sure

an FU:

when i was in 6th grade some kid told me that if u get raise skeleton skill up high enough they get bows. so i put all of my points into it then tried to get +skills gear for weeks. was so disappointed.

Do you remember the time when if you gave your bow merc enough + skills her attack was bugged and did insane damage?

One skill was like a chain lightning and the higher + skills one was like a poison orb thing that bone ash shot out just before you go down into the catacombs. Blizz patched it after a few months but it was a wild ride while it lasted. Cliffkiller bow, shako and a vipermagi or arcanes or whatever that 2 skill armor was that nobody uses anymore
