Some sorcs use string + eshield + swap insight (or a teammate with insight) so its next to impossible for most builds to do this

Well to be honest, lvl 49 is basically dead everywhere. But euro had a great set of rules for it.

I personally like euro tvt rules for lvl 30 better than east's rules (several east players do as well) but the majority of easties will never agree to give up wsg or tele staff swaps.

Lvl 9 is most active on euro atm. Squadexxx runs tournaments and tvts. He has his own ruleset. I dont play vlld so i'm impartial

giving up wsg would be tough on zons... pretty much a sin just needs to charge in and get mb nl and the zons deleted from tvt and or it would create heavy defensive playing vs sins
