Building a mld trapper just need a few more items :)

Awesome glad to hear man. Bunch of people are building which is great.

I'm going to make a new thread and keep track of current users with built 49's or currently in the process of building. We will use that thread for setting up TvT's

Not really, you still get hit in leap animation.

Bowa and fb sorc are going to be top dogs. Im going for style points though on my odd build

Edit: libby will also be strong in tvt.

Bowa/FB/Libby being top dogs is pretty much how it has been on europe but then again europe didnt allow tele charges across the board.

Barbs on europe were strong enough without being able to tele. At 49 you have tele charges on amulets too so they will probably be #1 with that mobility/life/damage. Windys similarly are incredibly strong at 49 being able to use spirit/whistans while teleporting.

As of right now, the official ladder 49 thread is going off Ferdia's old rules so tele staffs are only permitted to specific characters.

If it were permitted across the board, it would open a ton of doors for some wild strong builds but also increase the strength of already existing strong builds. There will never be a perfect balance, but I've always been for tele charges across the board to spice up an already existing spicy dueling group.

Yeah. The limiting factor is the number of charges on an ammy. Barbs are so beefy that they can prob just use tele staff and switch to dual oaths.
