Good read. I remember casters (specifically blizz) being capped at 29. And I think that changed after 1.10 because fb was more powerful with synergies. People also used meteor sorcs pre 1.10 lol

I had a 24 conc barb, 18 zon, and a bugged eye of etlich throw barb (impossible to kill while bo was active because of the negative vitality). You bo'd then healed at a well, then kept bo-ing to keep it active.

I remember zons power creeped to 21 (for the scs), then to 27 for some odd reason (probably ias javs), then to 30 (i think just because everything else was 30 at this point. Pierce was nerfed already)

Poison also stacked awkwardly in early patches. 6 socket bows with emeralds + random poison charms was deadly. You could shoot a hld from town, watch for the life rep swirly, then lightning bolt them when they tried to come back to town with 1 hp. Ez pk
