the most annoying part is how long it takes for circs to show up in the shop; can easily go 15+ screens without seeing one >_<

Besides a few temps, this is the only halfway decent circ i've managed to gamble so far this season

Just get a stack of chaos orbs and reroll a circ with proper ilvl. Then divine it until you get good mod rolls and you're done.

wish the fire dmg roll wasnt so bad lol :D
