If you're going for the 40 life or 120 light dmg affix, wouldn't 27 be the best level to gamble at?

Affix lvl is 25 and circlets have the +3 hidden magic bonus, so clvl 27 means you should gamble circlets with ilvl of 25-34; so you have a 100% chance of getting a high enough ilvl for those mods.

If gambling at lvl 25, the ilvl range would be 23-32; so you have a chance of gambling an ilvl 23 or 24 which isn't high enough.

Unless i'm doing something wrong
