/e it is a possibility it could have just poofed as well. Could have came from a priv duped set and just never clashed against anything, kinda the risk you run w/ items like bmana

I would doubt it poofed, but tbh with how many dupes has been out there it could have easily been private duped.

There would be no way to tell which bmana on the market is his so selling it wouldn't be difficult

It would be coming from 1 of a few people who had access, so unless it was done in private it would be easy to tell.
